Catalent recently awarded a full turnkey design and build project to TT which started in December 2007.

Catalent is the leading provider of advanced technologies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer health companies in nearly 100 countries.

TT have been appointed as Principal Contractor to design and construct a 5,000m² turnkey building extension and external car parking areas.

The TT solution

Pre-cast & pre-fabricated sub-structure and slab design solution to manage
    and reduce the risk of out the ground construction works during winter.

Challenge existing client specifications to produce tangible value engineering
    cost plan savings.

One stop shop “Construction to Production” approach utilising our in house Civil,
    Shell, Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Internal Fit Out resources.

Incorporate high specification pharmaceutical manufacturing areas.
