TT was awarded this contract to upgrade another 6 air cool chillers following our performance on Phase 1 which was completed on time and to budget.

The Wellcome Trust is an independent charity funding research to improve human and animal health.

The brief was to install and commission 6 new chillers including BMS controls.

The TT solution

Decommission and removal of redundant chillers from the roof.

Minimal disruption to client - changeover of the chillers to take place at weekends
    and bank holidays.

Modify and install new chilled water pipework.

Chillers selected with high COP – payback to client within 3 years.

Contract negotiated following excellent performance of Phase 1.
