Typically TT is an important member of the design team for a new build or extension project and would become involved at the earliest opportunity in order that we can advise on capacities and availability for incoming utilities. We have extensive knowledge and experience in interpreting press suppliers data which can assist greatly in minimising capital spend on incoming utilities.

We liaise with the client and design team at an early stage of the building design to ensure that particular consideration is given to minimising the required plant areas in order to keep construction costs to a minimum. Our early involvement also ensures that these plant areas are located as close as possible to the major points of use in order to ensure that large mains energy losses are avoided where possible.

We work closely with the client’s press and ancillary equipment manufacturers in order to ensure that their requirements are met, not only in terms of the environment in which their equipment is to operate, but also to ensure that their process requirements are catered for e.g. compressed air, cooling and treated water systems.
